I received this product in well packed. Got it installed by racold's service. You just have to call the care service no. given in the discription. They also gave me demo of the product which really helped. Satisfied with the product and service.

It is good but takes a lot of time to heat. The engineer said it will take 20minutes. But it takes about 30 mind for super hot. It's a lot of time. Rods heat faster. Anyway let's not compare to Rods. It looks elegant and helpful during winters. If u have about 3-4 members and all in hurry to go to office sat same time this will suit. Else the 3ltrs instant geezer is good.

It's a very good product. And energy saving also. Definitely recommend this product. I got the installation from racold as was worried if local plumber will do a good job. Would suggest you the same. Racold technician also gave demo of the product and explained how to use.

I have been using Racold for last 10 years and this new one is for my new flat which I have purchased last 6months ago. Using it and nothing wrong about it. Best good designed stylish. Instand hot wwter tou could get. And auto power cut once water boils. This is the latest design of a water gyser one can get. So I would like to give 8 out of 10. The pipes could be better supplied though. And keep this in your mknd that there is no free installation from Amazon.
