Great deal..cheaper than market.. But the only issue is the service person from Racold charged Rs 800 (inst charge 350+ cost of pipe 450) for installing the product. I think the cost of pipe is not 450 for sure.. As it was torned at the price tag.. Apart from that the product itself is very good. look is elegant.. took only 10 min to max hot. Delivery is super quick.

Great. No issues. Only thing that we got bad smell in the water. When we called customer care, they sent the racold tech. They removed the anode rod as the iron is too much in my place.

Got a defective piece from flipkart. Have to spent money for the thermostat which was not working from day one. U can't check it without installing it. So can't even return it back as the packaging was torn

I received a tampered product. when I removed the cover on the box, the box was already opened. seal was not there. seems seller or someone sent me a tampered product. when I tried to return the product, it was so delayed and pick up person has not even spoke to me over call but cancelled my return. When I placed another return request and emailed my concern to escalations team, then return has happened.

May 2016 manufactured product given. Late delivery. lousy packing

Product malfunctioned within 15days. Not get any support either from flip kart nor from racold. When register complaint at racold customer care, they asked from chargeable service. If I purchased from local outlet price was less and get service support from retailers.very bad experience.

Product got delivered...but no response on installation yet...
