Great Water Geyser. Till date it is functioning very well without any trouble or maintenance

Using since one month. Being instant heater heats water very quickly for bathing requirement for one person.

My Racold is very nice. Delivered ontime and installation done next day soon after delivery... Product is too good..

This product is cool. it heats instantly but only 1 person can use it on 1 time. other than that everything is cool. dont use Racold service provider source someone from local it will cost you less.

I rated this 4 star because, they said I had to contact Flipkart (which I did) to arrange the installation, after delivery. But, there was no response from Flipkart, in spite of repeated emails. I had to arrange the hot water geyser installation on my own, at an additional cost. It would have been nice, if Flipkart said no installation. This would have saved me the frustration from communicating with Flipkart customer service and my blood pressure would have been normal.

All good but there is a little scratch in the body thats y giving it a 4 star.

Happy with the purchase.. No cable and no plug available with the order, you need to purchase that out side

Nothing happens instantly.. takes 10 mins to heat the water.. also all accessories are not provided for installation.. racold is not picking up phone for installation.. so spend 1500 more from pocket to install.. think again before you buy.

Product good, delivery also. But changed the product's color with out any prior information.
