You have cheated us because of details given at the time of booking the warranty period was mentioned as 5 years as against the warranty card found on opening of box was stated to be 12 months . this is amounts to misleading ant cheating the customers

Don't buy this product is very bad I have used it when it was come it was in the poor condition it is a bad so I'm giving you don't buy this

we have bought this one...so far, very bad service by Samsung....as we are struggling to get a simple demo from company for the last 3 days....repeated reminders to call center is of no use...same status everyday "someone will contact you today"....i tried all sources - call center/online help.....nothing worked....think twice before buying samsung oven....1/5 rating based on after sales service.....dont know if it will change post using the product....
