Very good product

Got a faulty device and the PCB blew out twice and convection feature was not working. Samsung service is impeccable though. Got it serviced immediately. Bit had to fight for warranty extension.

Got this oven at 13500 rs only. The oven is great and works all good . Installation and demo was done perfectly. The oven has lots of auto cook menu.

Timely delivery, Packaging was not that good and little broken, it looked like a little refurbish product. However after opening its seems new one, Flipkart arranged Samsung demo and set up @ Home. Everything went smooth Works well. Delivery was spot on. Thanks Seller & Thanks Flipkart

The oven is just fabulous!! Its big enough to hold a large range of Utensils. The functions are pretty good too. The Demo session wasn't arranged on time for me and that was the only downside. Look no futher if youre planning on buy a Microwave.

The product is too good.Even if u know nothing about cooking u can simply follow the guide nd cook in it.its damm simple.It automatically shuts somtimes due to over heat in case of combinations.But thats to save it from being destroyed.U can restart it after 10mins.more over it gets things done faster than its peers and the the reason i think it overheats.I have been using this one for almost 6 months.Tried all functions except slim fry and the curd maker option and deeply satisfied with it.Worth the money only if the seller supplies you the preloaded recipes book.there r codes for almost 100 variaties nd all u need to do is just press some buttons.Without the book all u can do is reheat ur cooked food.Lastly in case u wanna try some dish from youtube keep a close watch on the cooking as different microwaves take different times to cook.

I got this as one of my birthday gift from my husband as i love cooking.It's been 10 days i am cooking in this microwave.I got one stater kit,which consists of one medium sized bowl with lid, one plastic spoon ,one idly plate,one small bowl.slim fry mode, i cooked crispy corn and frozen cheesy potato balls,they cam out pretty good with just a splash of oil on it.convection mode, i cooked PIZZA(i have prepared my own base),egg puff, veg puff and cake. those also came out very nice same as out side bakery taste.Grill mode,i just grilled some of vegetables to just check this mode.microwave mode,it typically takes very less time heat the food as compared to the other microwaves,it makes noodles with in 5mins.I have got one Auto cook guide there are almost 250+ auto cook menus which is pre programmed in microwave ,which are really easy to make if you do not know anything about cooking.

This product from Samsung is good but with this model only short point is "it's kit doesn't include multi-slit for cooking kababs". All the services are good from Samsung side.
