Bought this product for Rs.9990 which is a very competitive price. Features: 1. Black and silver color which is very shiny and gives a very pleasant look. 2. Oven is sturdy and has a very polished look. 3. 21 L is enough capacity for medium sized kitchens. 4. Has all the possible modes a microwave can provide. Has a only microwave mode, only grill mode, only convection mode. 5. In addition to this it has combi modes which are: microwave+grill and microwave +convection which is good for making cake type items (requiring heat and warmth for baking). 6. Very easy to clean and maintain. 7. Gets shipped with basic accessories like pizza maker steel base (for 2 pizzas together) and a free Microwave safe plastic kit which includes idli maker, bouls etc. 8. As soon as you get the product at your home, the very next day SAMSUNG team will call you for a free demo. 9. Value for money product.I had ordered it and recieved the shipment late. Might be due to the seller, however the wait was worth the product. It's been 9 months of continuous usage. The product will not disappoint you. The Internal ceramic coating is best when it comes to cleaning. You don't have to slog hard to clean inside the oven bcoz of the ceramic coating. Good for instant heating for leftover food.

Very nice product. Using it since last 2 years. No issues what so ever. If you're planning to go for it, then go ahead. Best thing with it is its marble/ceramic inside, which made it very simple to clean.

Good microwave oven. Good purchase. But I could not understand the rating as 2350 watts. As compared with other ovens this also operates on 800 watts microwave power.

overall product is good but giving one star less because the power cord given is too small for the size of the oven provided.

I only use it for microwave and for that it works great.Pros:Works great... YADA YADA... I haven't found much use for 'defreeze' and 'indian cook' or some such etc. options - so no comments there. YMMVCons:1. The two food stands given are ring-like, so you cannot use them for making MOST of the food in an over. They are basically useless. NOTE TO SAMSUNG: Give a plate like structure in which we can make cake or lasagna!2. Plastic over the buttons didn't stick to its position and started slagging, which means either you pull it off or it looks ugly.

I had received the order on 23rd Jan'15 afternoon, and next day the samsung person called and told he will come to give demo at 10-30 am, but didn't turned up and not bothered even to give a call, next i had called him again he had given a new time of 5-30 pm, again same this repeated, he didn't came, after that i had called flipkart customer care on 25th morning but they keep on transferring the calls and finally after explaining the same thing to 5th person of customer care they told it will take 2 business days thats it, As i was having the samsung demo person number, i again called him up on 25th afternoon, he had guaranteed that he will come definitely on 26th at 10-30 am, But again same thing repeated, and we kept on waiting, he is least bothered even to inform back, he didn't take the call also my whole weekend is vanished because of the samsung demo person. Dear flip kart team, try to teach your customer care (?) team, what customer means, also god only can rescue you, if you are having collaboration with people like this samsung demo person
