it is working very good. and got the free demo from company as promised under given time period. till now works very good and using it regularly for major/minor cooking work. samsung never failed to impress its customers. also received some samsung goodies

Really good microwave in this price with an extra feature of slim fry .. it looks good too and the best part is I got rs1500 Samsung microwave utensil kit free with the product and some other other utensils too were there with microwave separately.. excellent product

Its great. everything is as described. so far working well

It is a very good product from Samsung with less power consumption and efficient cooking modes available best for daily usage and especially I love the convection and grill technology of this equipment. I suggest anyone to go with this product with their eyes closed completely reliable product.

It is so perfect for my home, unfortunately we are returning this because there is dent on the side, gati courier is worst courier i ever experienced, don't choose it.

Rec'd the broken product but gd service by flipkart not much Hassel very next day got the new one and excellent product,working nicely.

Wonderful product.The only issue we had was related to the bulb in the microwave. The bulb stopped working after a month of usage. The replacement of the bulb is not covered under warranty.

One of the very best in this price...cavity is ceramic though...extra added feature is the slim fry...also samsung free demo and service was very responsive...go for it if you have to get a good 21 litre...👌👌👌

The buttons are not feather touch.. You need to nudge them hard every time. Rest is fine.. not used much.
