Nice product at a reasonable price... Happy with the delivery of Flipkart... Amazing promptness... Ordered it on 11th March with expected delivery on 13th... Price went down on 12th, so cancelled and reordered on 12th... Flipkart still managed to deliver it on 13th... Kudos... Even the delivery men behaved gracefully... didnn't accept even a glass of water as a part of service rule...

There was three people who came to my house bringing my micro-wave, even I would have not taken that much care to bring my appliance to home. I am extremely satisfied. Please take this as an appreciation. Also, the product is very good.

Product good but the service engineer did not know half the things abouthow to operate the device.I had to make repeated phone calls to call himfor the Demo but he kept on saying he was very busy.When he came hewas hardly there for 10 minutes.

Not the best option for use as an Oven. But otherwise quite good.

It is really good product

The product was delivered on time but the delivery boy charged extra money for delivery and at the time of demonstration the technicians from Samsung ask me to give the tool kits for demonstration which i get with the microwave provided by Samsung with each & every unit. But the seller is not gives me the tool kit. So friends plz mind that at the tym of buying...

The printing on the microwave is very hard to read and the wire is extremely short. Does the microwave job okay.

The product is amazing but the seller is not so good. Didn't provide me with any samsunh club membership number which could have earned me a few points.

Price is to high

I opted for the silver color but this is a horrible looking silver color. Looks like a very old and second hand item from outside. Satisfied with delivery and demo. Performance ok as of now.

We did receive the product as per scheduled date but there is big dent on the mircowave .. we are not satisfied with the product though the service is good but product quality n condition is not up to the mark..

In less than a month, the button used for opening the microwave is not working. Quality is not acceptable
