Received in perfect condition. Though I was concerned about the date of manufacture of the product, got one, manufactured in September 2018. The unstamped warranty card was a matter of concern, so rechecked with Samsung customer care, they assured warranty on production of bill and warranty card, if necessary. Also assured free demo within 48 hours. So far so good with the product. Overall a nice purchase.

Very versatile, time saving and efficient

The machine is beautiful. It has got looks that can complement any kitchen.Made paneer tikkas, potato wedges, fried momos and Indian dishes i.e sabzis, tandoori roti & naan as well & everything came out perfect. Especially the paneer tikkas and tandoori roti, never had the taste like that before. Roti came out very soft in comparison to otg which gives results as a brick.Hot blast feature is nice gives tandoor effect in few minutes on anything.Only downside is Auto cook menu which can be confusing in the starting. They have an app as well but it does not tells which auto cook menu to select, and finding recipes in the manual can take a lot of time but soon you can figure it out.All in all it has reduced my time in the kitchen apart from finding recipes in the manual.I'll surely recommend to go for it.
