A nice invention from Samsung company with a affordable price and to kill the monopoly of LG price. There is no difference in LG's Intellwove technology (charcoal heat) and Samsung' hot blast technology. All these are same and making us fool. But in fact of durability questions Samsung is far better than LG.

It is nice. It's looks are great and is one of the best for home use.

Using it for more than a month and it's awsome.. the grill and the hot blast makes the food delicious. It has many options but not clear in the menu book.. menu could have been but clear. And they have given a app and again it is not of much help. but this is of worth. During grill the food in the lower rack is not getting much heat. So we couldn't cook foods in higher and lower rack at the same time. But this not a gr8 problem..

Very bad. Did not explain properly. Seems like he was in hurry. Did not tell anything about convection mode etc

Very bad product. It's sides are damaged and it doesn't cook properly. After 7days it's lights are gone. There is no replacement. Never buy. Never thought that Samsung would do like this

The oven got delivered with two issues 1. The top right portion is dented, as in damaged during transportation handling AND 2. There is a loose glass piece inside the swing door (assembly issue?).When I tried to register a replace request, I was repeatedly being asked to speak to Amazon Tech support &/or Samsung support but my online request want getting registered.I need a resolution quick.
