Excellent product by samsung. Nice look and finish. Works great. Only con is that the light inside microwave is a bit dim. So its a bit cumbersome job to observe the food cooking inside the microwave, if needed.

It's not good and bad, better

There is a problem in Microwave. It gets stopped if it runs more than 6 minutes. Again I have to wait for half an hour to restart.Servicing centre is saying that they are no responsible.

good product , no startup kit provided from samsung as mentioned in description, no demo provided by Samsung ,recieved message saying demo done.

Damaged product..

Only 1 Star because absolutely no responsibility of SAMSUNG after sales service for Demo .I did contact the helpline recived confirm SMS from SAMSUNG for Demo but till date it didn't happened.Now having second thought of return

Extremely unsatisfied with the product. I received the item on 23rd of september. Upon unboxing was shocked to see dents on the too portion of the oven. The oven door of the oven was shaky. Selling of sub standard or rejected electronic item. There is no replacement and only refund hence retaining .Will never buy electronic items from flipkart.

Very worst experience.. fist time they delivered a different product so replaced.. the beauty is in replacement they given the same old product.. don't cheat people like this.. if don have stock tell them decently so tat they can order a new one in their choice.. u don't decide in wat we have to use..
