Old product and the quality of the product is very bad. A bad smell coming out from the Rice and some insects are floating over the Rice. Very bad experience. 😟😟

I received the packet which was in open condition, seems to have opened by rats, quality of rice was poor as there were bugs in the rice

Hello, srilalmahal rice team, I have been ordering rice from your brand for last four five months regularly, this is reduculas experience that, this time you have given rat cut rice package with around 1/2 kg less in the package, 1s I open rice gone spilt on the floor, pl replace the package immediately, though I seen this product is non replaceable, I can not accept this cheat, since the package is very clearly shown as torn by rat in your wear house itself,
