  The cookies are broken to the extent that there is hardly any piece that can be presented as a cookie. It is completely crushed to the powder. Cookies are supposed to be handled and packed in a way that it reaches the customer as cookie. Every poor packing without any protection like good bubble cover. In normal times, i wouldnt have accepted it.

  all biscuits are broken and the biscuit bucket is not air tight it made air tight by gum tape which is not desirable.. taste is good though but due to bad packaging you will not receive the intact product ..
