Probably the gentleman responsible for making this chai masala was totally unaware of the concept of blending spices into teas.Too much black pepper and absence of any soothing herbs make this product a nightmarish stuff to consume. Ruins the taste of your tea. You get an uncomfortable and burning like sensation in your mouth as you drink this product.The manufacturer should carefully study the art of tea blending and take inspiration from Kolkata based tea companies to improve upon this chai masala.
