Best basic pure refined oil.In fact i suggest we all should buy only cold pressed non refined oil. But coldpressed oil cost starting 1200 for 5ltr. But if your budget is tight, this is best.Atleast no chemicals.Maximum dont use more than twice if you reheating.Dont heat more than 200 degrees.I suggest buy different oil every few months.We should have groundnut, coconut, sesame, palm oil every alternate time we buy oil.So have different oil going forward.But if possible buy only cold pressed oil.Trust me if we have different oil ever few months 90 percent we will not get heart problems.This is the secret.But having Coldpressed oil, no one will get heart problem.
