  1 order contains 4 boxes.. each box having 5 packets (green packets). Each green packet contains 2 biscuits. Thus 1 box = 5 green packets= 10 biscuits.4 boxes= 20 green packets = 40 biscuits is what you will get.No added sugar. Made up of wheat flour, bitter gourd flakes primarily. Good to eat as evening snacks with tea or milk. The biscuits taste good.

  I am diabetic and found this is a very effective food between our regular food. Though it is not very tasty, one feel comfort after eating. Totally it is a good food supplement especially for diabetic persons.
