The product is very good, easy to instal, easier to use and value for money.I love the color combination used and the sturdy but light design.Availability of spares such as main filter individually is a very convenientand price attractive idea.

I think there is filter missing or its not there in this model. This was available in my old filter( see attached photo)

This does not use electricity and does not waste water. The water tastes sweet (unlike for RO systems).

I received it couple of days back and it seems to be working well. Assembly is pretty easy and if you follow the directions, it is a 5 minute (actually less) job. At the end a suction pump is lift, which is for cleaning the internal filter and it isn't listed initially in the manual, so some might think it is a part that didn't get installed (I initially did). However, this isn't the case, so don't worry about it.
