This is my Favourite Bedtime Tea.After dinner and before going to bed.1. All you need to do is Boil water2. Worm your glasses using this water3. Pour back the boiling water into the container4. Add a tea bag of Be Calm (also a cheat 1 tea bag works well for 2 cups) in the container. Cover the lid and wait for 7min.5. Finally, the tea is ready. Pour the tea.Drink it. and it hits you after some time. it gives me good sleep

It is difficult to get such ingredients in the tea, so this one is my favourite. This is a great herbal tea, very refreshing experience.

Negatives- too pricy for 16 sachetsPositives - great taste and flavours , I am using it since a month and I m getting good sleep.P.S - Value for money coz it works great however 450 is too much for just 16 sachets.

Great during times of stress or right before bed. Tastes good without additions and is very soothing

I have used many other flavor of Green Tea or Herbal Team from Teabox products but this one(Teabox Stress Buster Herbal Tea) was the worst taste i ever had.
