Even though it's cold outside, I used Lopchu Tea as an iced tea. Loved the aroma. Very soothing and gave off a musky whiff.A heartwarming and consoling beverage, it's worth the money spent on purchasing this pack.

Lopchu tea always remains in the top of my favorite teas. Lopchu has borrowed its name from 'Lepcha', one of the inhabitants of the hilly areas of Darjeeling. This is a very good quality black tea with roasted aroma and smokey taste. Lopchu tea has made a good place in the world of Darjeeling leaf tea.Very easy to make. Just boil fresh, filtered water, and add one teaspoon of tea leaf per cup. Let steep for 4-5 minutes and strain in a cup. Add honey, lemon or suger to taste. I add honey.This one is the Golden Orange variety of Lepchu tea. I love to have this because of the unique, mellow taste it has. Sometimes I add milk also. But I think Darjeeling leaf tea is best tastes without milk. You're going to love its color too. Once look at the tea again please 😄..Tip: don't over-steep, it will taste bitter. 4 minutes are enough to enjoy the tea.
