The ingredients are pure and blended in excellent proportion which make it not only healthy but also very delicious to drink. Many people are fussy about green tea and this makes an excellent substitute for them. It is not the usual "kaadha" even though the ingredients are in sync with ayurveda. The aroma is amazing too. You can see most of the ingredients in it. "Detox" essentially means making your digestive system work better so that it can flush out the "toxins". In this sense, yes, this tea does improve digestion and overall gastric health. Helped me with frequent upset stomach due to stress and unusual eating habits. Might even help with metabolism and weight loss if used for a continued time!
