This tea is simply superb - it truly helps me destress after a long day, and even reduces PMS symptoms for me. I add it to a cup of boiling water fresh off the stove, and then let it steep for 1-2 minutes. Upon brewing, it acquires a rich red colour, and has a nice minty taste which does not overpower all the other flavours in the tea. Just half a teaspoon is enough for an entire cup if you, like me, take your tea with no milk and no sugar, and prefer that the flavours do not overwhelm your taste buds. I will probably reorder when I run out, and am keen to try other teas from this brand. Only one thing - it is a little expensive at Rs.450 for 100g, but I am happy that it lasted me for a good 4-6 months

I like the vacuum presentation of the packaging that keeps the tea fresh. I love this flavour the most as it helps to calm and have good sleep. The flavour is nice because of orange peels.

Tastes good when well-brewed.if over-brewed, orange peel tastes overpower and becomes a bit sour.
