Disappointed with the quality we received. Had ordered it in March was supposed to reach my dad on 23rd March. It reached on 5th May and was all broken into pieces within the packet. My dad is 75 yrs vulnerable and he couldn't get a basic thing as biscuits onbn time in edible quality.

Not up to the mark

Can not understand how spoiled items with insects in package be delivered. Thrown away. I don't know if I will paid back for item which required to be thrown, being health hazard

This Biscuit is moisten inside the package. It is within the expiry date but if you eat it you feel like you are eating a biscuit which crossed its expiry date long ago. This is disgusting. You feel the moisture in all the biscuits from beginning. This product does not deserve even 1 star.

I had ordered it for my parents. They said it was spoiled, taste was gone so they couldnot even finish having one biscuit. They had to trash it. Never buying again

Product was good but it was eaten broken , it seemed to be eaten by some rat or I don?t know what happened to it , but as shown in my uploaded picture, it was not as complete and safe as it should be .

It is very old manufactured and tasteless. Its not crunchy, broke when I picked up in hand and became powder.

Poor quality, not cost-effective

We are not satisfied with the product as there is no taste in the biscuit and even the texture is not good.The biscuites became stale and lost their freshness. Hence, we could not use the same.

worst product the expiry date showing next year, but after received 4 days the biscuit have an bad smell and the product not applicable for eating. all 5 pockets waste, just open and try to eat one biscuit and kept as it is.

The biscuits were old and very bad to taste, had to vomit after eating. We had to throw away the biscuits - even if the street dogs and the crows didn't eat the biscuits. this is a horrible experience
