I love this tea! Once infused it has a nice woody, floral flavour. Since it's caffeine - free I am not worried about drinking it before going to bed. It is supposed to calming and induce a good night's sleep.

I liked very much this product.i ordered on 28 the Feb.today arrived I didn't wait up to night to test it's calming effect .I consume 1 tea bag immediately.it's working nice to me . before I was used benzodiapine like alprax o.5 but their effect is temporarily and having habit forming nature .so I try this melatonin stimulating tea.working nice
