It's awesome tea, I am completely in love with this but 3 stars cause it's just 19 sachets which is a loot as they are cheating customers. Otherwise all goodlike flavour, packaging, aroma is upto the mark.

We purchased the product of 20 packs, when opened we found only 19 and now we do not have replacement of it... Really terrible... It's cheating
