I just upgraded my 19 liter oven with this one. I really love the colour and look of it. Still to try it out. But the instruction manual is missing. As a regular Baker i know how to operate but for a new person it will be difficult to start off without a manual. The outer box says it has a manual but I have received only a cook book. I wanted the product to be delivered on certain date but the courier sent it on the day I was not there. So I have to make alternative arrangements for receiving it. When I opened the pack i found that crumb tray and instruction manual missing. So ordered for replacement. Again the delivery was a problem. They are not able to stick to their delivery timings which makes the customer unhappy. So I have reduced the stars to three. The stars are for the product not for flipkart services.

Performance is not up to mark,Heating is very low and it takes more time to a cook.Material used in the oven is of very low quality.
