Excellent product, I have been using another model of Venus WH which was purchased during 2009 and it works without any issues till date!Based on this experience, I made this purchase. Been using this for past 6 months, working good.Note: Free installation was done by Venus, only thing is you have to purchase the 2 pipes, connecting the inlet and outlet, it will also be available with the engineer.

One one for a family with 4 members. It is very fast with instant heating. I used to switch on 10 minutes before bath and it does the job.

Magma is an excellent product; has been using Magma with hard water and faced no issues; will recommend to allmy previous products have all started failing in an year or so;

After a long search i fixed this.. installed today.. fixing well to wall, good look, fast heating. In 13mins it heats the whole 15L watr. just u will need to spen some money for installion kits, but installion is free. Will review after 6months based on exp.

We have been using Venus geyser for almost around 8 years now and when the need to order another came, we could think of no other since it is a sturdy product. We have been using the new one for over a month now and we are quite happy with its performance. The storage keeps the water hot for a very long time even after it has been turned off.
