Product is absolutely great. I had a chat with my plumber as well as my technician who takes care of home appliances, and both of them suggested me to go for Venus blindly. That's why i bought venus in spite of that it has a warranty of one yr only. You can find other products with 4 to 5 yrs warranty. But venus is really worth every penny. It takes 5 minutes in the morning to warm the water. And i switch it off before the thermostat. And it gets the job done......

It has a really classy look. And the water heats up quickly. It just takes 10-15mins from switching the geyser on. I love it.

Arrived on time . Flipkart service is excellent. There is water leak from the safety valve, I will wait for a day for the leak to stop. Not a great quality control check from a reputed company. I would update the ratings depending upon the service response. update: After using the water heater for nearly 2 months, I give five star rating..
