Not heavy n light on lips

It gives a matte look, not glossy like other lip balms. But if you have dry lips which chap like crazy, this is a miracle. The price is so less and it works like a charm to cure chapped lips. You can apply any lipstick over this (no matter if the lipstick dries out your lips) and this lip balm will keep your lips moisturized for a very long time. You can apply this at night and your lips will be well moisturized in the morning, no more chapping. I think most people are worried because of the layer it forms on the lips but if you have chapped lips, this will cure it.
