While in a weight loss prog. with VLCC.... I lost 10 kgs.... they used to use the slimming oil regularly in the massage sessions....PLEASE REMEMBER.... you need to be sincere in order to get results... or u will NEVER loose weight.... the oil needs to be massaged in vigorously for about 10-20 mins...sp if u dont have the habit of exercising....... I have seen it reduce about 200 gms in 1 hr.... and that's something..... perhaps u will know that only about 10% of outside oil application actually gets in.... the massage should nt be like a spa...but u have to vigorous...u need to beat up the fats..sort of... be as regular as possible....and remember.... u have to have a healthy diet n exercise.... there is NO shortcut to success... help the product to help u...

It really works.Need to use daily.I used it 2 months after my delivery while having body massage daily.It reduced cellulites considerably. I could see reduction in inches on my thighs and arms.
