amazing product for the price. has a slight protrusion of about 3 inches at the back of the oven for the fan assembly, this does not show in the product pictures on the website, product itself is great 6th sense reheating has been more of a hit than a miss till now. everything comes out evenly heated/cooked. tried baking and it was perfect.

I bought this oven after lot of research online. 1 week of use and so far I have only good things to say about it. Still didn't get the hang of 6th sense feature completely. But the auto chef menu is working as a charm.

Pathetic service from flipkart. Cannot even schedule a demo from the seller. Raised a request but there is no resolution.Never ending calls with new deadlines, ultimately a flipkart executives says "company is not responding and we are not responsible and cannot help". He has forgotten why as a customer we believe and buy from flipkart - hoping it will be a seamless experience. If flipkart can't exercise this basic facility from this seller then why display their products. Lesson learnt : never buy any electronic product from flipkart thats needs installation or Demo.

product is fine but so called installation was horrible. Two boys came with their hands smeared in soot, opened the box and soiled the product with their hands. they could not figure out how to open the lid which I had to tell them, they knew nothing about the controls, asked me for water in an ALUMINUM vessel!! I had to tell them metal vessels are not put in microwave. They advised me NOT to use the auto cook menu and figure out recipes by myself. their final advice was to read the booklet!!!? This was the demo.
