This oven comes in the list of convection oven but is not a convection oven, not good flipkart. The product is good but your filters aren't.

Product is ok. Demo was also ok. The product got faulty within the warranty period. Whirlpool got it rectified and the service was good. Would rate ok for the product.

Ok,not poor

If you are in chennai and if you have purchased this, this product is good as long as it works. Once it goes bad, you are left to none. Whirlpool outsources both it's customer call service and service engineering to different outfits. There is no coordination among local service engineers, customer care center and whirlpool. Service engineers close the cases at their will and customer care has no clue if the service has been attended or not. If there is a mishap by service engineering team, customer care has no say. There is no way you can reach whirlpool direct and they do not reply to your email either.

Waste one no grill

After 1 year bodyparts damaged totaly waste
