  Ordered this tea and received it quicker than expected, thanks to the seller and Amazon. You can tell by looking at the leaves that they have been minimally processed. Truly refreshing, even my son loved it! I steep for 7 mins but appreciate the bitter notes that are released when steeped for longer too (healthy, certainly). Loved that it came with a little customised limerick personally composed just for me by the seller, although they may not have time to do so when sales increase dramatically which I hope they will. A thoughtful and personal touch. Their FB page is also hilarious. Will definitely buy more varieties from Wodehouse tea to add to my tea library.
