  Definitely world-class product from A O Smith. Thanks Flipkart for got it delivered in 4 days. You need to call AO Smith customer care as soon as you get the delivery of your water heater. They will register the product and will give you choice of colour panel you want. Color panel is free of cost and you can change it yourself by following instructions in user manual. I got the call from service executive very next day and he was at the doorstep within 2 hrs. The installation was done within 16 hrs of delivery. Hats off to customer service of AO. The LED panel looks stunning. Remote is a bless if you or your family members are not tall enough. I set the temperature at 58 degree Celsius. And the desired temp was raised in 5 to 6 mins which was a pleasant surprise. Heat retention capacity is extremely good. Top notch product, excellent customer care and i got it for less than 9k. What else can we ask for? You can go ahead for AO Smith without a second thought.
