  The product is good. But do keep in mind while buying this product - Haier gives a larger warranty period than other companies which is a plus. Either you call Haier customer service to send their technician for installation or choose your own. The product does not gives free installation. The installation charges and a few extra amount for parts will be charged when installed. As it is an instant geyser it does not hold too much hot water at one time.. you might have to keep it on for a longer time to get adequate hot water. But still a good product.

  This product was delivered well on time. It comes with no connecting pipes and plug. Best part is it comes with 7 yrs warranty. Just called the customer service for the installation.

• Bad Experiance Extra Installation Charges charged by Haier

  I purchased the product from Flipkart and product is good. But Haier customer care denied for giving free installation service because product is purchased from Flipkart. Haier had stop to provide free installation and demo if product is purchased from Flipkart. They are providing free installation to all other dealers. The installation service from Haier charged me Rs.300/- and Rs.205/- for other accessories required for installation. Please make sure about installation service before purchasing any product.

  Water Heater Specification is not expected as written. Water heating is very slow although it is mentioned as INSTANT. And the service is so patchetic that please do not expect quick support.
