  After sending defective toaster twice! Finally flipkart delivered a product in a single piece, but that too wrong product!!! And now they have cancelled my refund after delivery person didn't turn up!! Unbelievable. This is perhaps my last purchase from Flipkart. From Wow! to horrible. This is what Flipkart's service levels have come down to.
