  I got different product from the one I have ordered. It is different model I got. I do not need to get it changed as model Flipkart deliver to me is more expensive. It looks they share a Diwali gift to me.

  Recieved the product within a week.It's very useful and efficient.Capable of making 2 sandwiches at time in about 90 seconds.The non-stick surface is very good.The bread doesn't stick at all.Easy to clean(using a wet cloth and then a dry one),no need of soap. A great buy given the price.Havells has always been a trusted company.

  you hv sent the different model altogether....plates are not removable in this model....but seems to b fine....will know more once i use it.....got it yesterday only...
