  It took a couple days to get used to this, but I really like it. I have a lot of stomach and digestion problems and this seems to keep everything in line. It doesn't have a bad taste which is a plus. Lots of vitamins

  Not at all useful...waste of money...instead people pls boil water with freshly ground black pepper n put some coffee powder n drink this black coffee..this will help in maintaining good bowel...I would not recommend wasting money on this product.
