  amazing ayurvedic supplement.. for muscle buliding 2-3 tabs daily before workout... amazing muscle building with good defination & cuts.. dont take in evening u cant sleep...drink plenty & plenty water cause of its diuretic effect...but have to take protein as well for muscle building... good for both male & female...
