• Triphala powder or Triphala extraction?

  This must be a fancy extraction from real triphala powder. Natural triphala powder is not amenable to conversion to capsule form unless there is a process of extraction, and one does not know how effective that extraction process is. I take 10 grams of raw powder daily. To get the same effect, I have no idea how many capsules are to be taken. Can anyone guide on this, please?

  Please don't become prey to such market brands, triphala is so effective and comes at very cheap price, here it is selling at huge price...buy triphala choorna from Baidyanath or pathanjali you will get it just at 50rs or so. Mix a spoon of powder with glass of warm water and have it.
