PROS: 1. Easy to use controls. Anybody can learn in a day. 2. Powerful heating in Microwave, Grill and Convection mode. 3. Easy to clean. 4. Convection mode goes upto 200 deg. 5. Grill racks and tray available for grilling and baking. 6. Also received the starter kit which has decent items for daily use. 7. Steam clean option. CONS: No cons as such. As this is small size, need to be careful when taking out items as the cavity is hot and hand might touch the inside surface. Overall, this is a great product from IFB. Installation and demo was done the next day of delivery and can't say it helped much as I already knew how to use microwaves. I boiled vegetable in 5 mins, made Idli in 4mins, warmed milk in 30s, grill sandwich in 2 mins. I would suggest you to ask the demo guy properly about the usage of utensils/racks/tray for each mode.
