Using IFB since last 15 yrs and hope this one also lasts long.

PROS: 1. Easy to use controls. Anybody can learn in a day. 2. Powerful heating in Microwave, Grill and Convection mode. 3. Easy to clean. 4. Convection mode goes upto 200 deg. 5. Grill racks and tray available for grilling and baking. 6. Also received the starter kit which has decent items for daily use. 7. Steam clean option. CONS: No cons as such. As this is small size, need to be careful when taking out items as the cavity is hot and hand might touch the inside surface. Overall, this is a great product from IFB. Installation and demo was done the next day of delivery and can't say it helped much as I already knew how to use microwaves. I boiled vegetable in 5 mins, made Idli in 4mins, warmed milk in 30s, grill sandwich in 2 mins. I would suggest you to ask the demo guy properly about the usage of utensils/racks/tray for each mode.

Great Product from IFB using from last 2 months. Genuine features & application. Mainly for cooking Tandoor Items very much useful.

I bought IFB because in the price, features and availability of after sales support, it offered the option against Panasonic, Haier and other Indian brands, even though IFB in tha past decade had been struck with poor product support and services. They have come up well in the past couple of years and hopefully do better to keep the confidence of their German origins and make it sound like an Indian product as it did over the last decade. A word of appreciation to the Seller. WS is strong name with good price and good product. Coming from this seller, it is safer. Buyers MUST look for WS and choose even if you find you are paying a tad bit higher. Products coming from WS are reasonably fresh, and reliably good. I can understand that because it has a good turn over replacing old lines with new ones. The cherry topping was the precise time selection for delivery through eKartL. It made me comfortable and confident. As for the product, it was bought as a gift for my sister. she is yet to reach and therefore this part would be updated after a few months. In any case, products coming from IFB and warranty support now would not be an issue. You like the features, go for the German brand in Indian manufacturing lines. IFB is one of the top names with a fierce competition from a costlier Korean Samsung. Samsung and German brands are as good and they are friends too. Seller : High FIVE Courier : High FIVE (Un-packed and gave a serviceability check too as it makes open-box delivery) Product : Reasonably trusted name in India. You like features, go for it. My personal experience may not be possible now as it is not used and cant write on product quality so soon. Microwaves must last more than 12-15 yrs. Can not give a start rating as yet, but trust it for a Five.
