The product is robust with no frills but the after sales experience can be better. I haven't faced issues but the installation team and service teams have different takes on products bought online with respect to the warranty.

Very poor product membrane filter change cost is 2800rs very bad product no warranty for membern filter it is very poor is don't by it

3rd class products from LG.

3rd class products from LG. Please never ever buy these purifiers from LG. 3 years before i brought similar product from LG. They charge whopping 7.5 K for AMC. Then nothing works. Technicians are not trained. it keeps on giving high PPM. Now i am just thinking of throwing the product which i gave 28K.
