To start with, the product got delivered 9 days late. As if that wasn't disappointing enough, the packing was worse. The lipstick had no cover which meant no DOM/ expiry details etc. The plastic case had ample scratches on it, making it appear like a very old piece. It was casually bubble wrapped. Talking about the shade, it looked like white butter applied on my lips(probably because it's an old piece!) For 885 bucks, it's an absolute waste!
