But, on jar, they've said that loading phase should continue 5 days. It can't be suitable for everyone. I personally felt dehydrated after trying one day of loading phase, So, I skipped the loading phase after 2 days and started taking in once in a day. You should drink enough water to make it effective. 4-5 liters daily water consumption is must.
