  I got delievery in 5 days. Packing was good. Thanx to Amazon.About Product, Its an excellent product. Gives you result in few days after started taking this. But, on jar, they've said that loading phase should continue 5 days. It can't be suitable for everyone. I personally felt dehydrated after trying one day of loading phase, So, I skipped the loading phase after 2 days and started taking in once in a day. You should drink enough water to make it effective. 4-5 liters daily water consumption is must.

  By Far the best creatine supplement out there.You know the quality of creatine when you open the box and see pure white crystals staring at you.Powder quality is top notch and flows freely.Its more mixable in water than other creatines and did not give me any bowel problems.I saw strength gain within a week considering I am on Power centric workout mode.Great experience amazing quality great results.
