  this product is really amazing as in contrast to normal creatine monohydrate you don't have to take a huge 5gms per serving instead just a 1.8gm scoop is really potent enough as this is creatine compounded with HCL but not your regular creatine monohydrate. It mixes of really well compared to creatine monohydrate and one best thing about this product is that IT DOES NOT RETAIN WATER IN YOUR BODY WHICH IN TURN DOES NOT MAKE YOUR MUSCLES LOOK PUFFY SOAKED UP WITH WATER RATHER LEAVES THEM IN A REALLY LEAN MODE AND STRIATED AT THE SAME TIME DOING ALL THE OTHER FUNCTIONS LIKE A NORMAL CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.
