it is one the best product. compare to all brand micro oven with conviction. bcoz we r using this from past two years. I brought this from dubai. it is very good quality and friendly to use with 101 menu's. Now I brought one more for sister home same model from India. it is best.

Have used 2 other big brand microwaves but this one is simply the best for Indian recipes. Blindly go for it. Excellent tandoori items and grilling products. Just wished it had horizontal rotisserie but nevertheless it has grills on two sides so it does the job preety well.

STAY AWAY FROM PANASONIC PRODUCTS

All Panasonic/Sanyo (also a subsidiary of Panasonic) products are third class. We have purchased 3 products in the last 2 years (2 of which from a local store giving into their marketing gimmicks) and all Panasonic products have turned out to be sub standard!Speaking of microwave in particular, rotating glass tray shattered/exploded while baking chicken in Convection mode. Talk about using microwave safe utensils when Microwave's own rotating glass tray itself is not microwave safe. We are not sure if we will use oven again even after tray replacement as it is a safety risk for my family.Earlier last year, glass shelf our Panasonic refrigerator shattered into small pieces without any external hit and we thought it was a one off case.It is now that we know that Panasonic has been using substandard components!
