  This is just amazing drink.i used to use ensure after my delivery but this has shown me a clear difference in my immunity level In a positive way.i love this chocolate flavor and pista flavor too.Thanks to saffola for creating so many flavors.1/2 spoon goes long way so it's reasonable as well.

  I'm always looking for healthy ways to loose weight and when a friend suggested this shake after having good results I reluctantly ordered it. I have been using it for a few days now and while I don't see any weight loss yet, I do feel good energy levels and lighter.It puts my mind at ease that the product is plant based and has several super foods.The shake tastes good as well. If you're looking for a healthy way to shed weight but slowly this is a good option
