Have done quite some research on 32L microwaves and planned to buy this microwave model at a physical store initially. Great looking microwave. Fit and finish and material quality notches above others. Ceramic cavity is very easy to clean and hygienic. Easy one touch heating and button/dial are very intuitive to use. Flipkart offered this at Rs 16,490 minus 10% cashback with Citi whereas store wanted Rs 17,750. Also got a free microwave utensils kit from Samsung worth Rs 1500-which was not mentioned on product page. Pleasant surprise. Samsung warranty is there and Samsung person did the demo was done in 3 days. All in all...highly recommended.

What is the EER rating of this machine ???

These "Killer" Note7 makers, don't even know the basic physics. The machine generates & wastes awful amount of heat, energy & adds phenomenally to the power bill. The basic requirement of insulating the body has been totally overlooked most foolishly. Who has given them the approval ratings I can't imagine. These days every electrical appliance is supposed to carry the power energy rating, which has been totally overlooked, fooling the lay public getting carried away with the Samsung name

After sales service is pathetic. I have purchased this product 5 months ago and it is not working know, the Samsung technician is telling that it has got some fault with the motherboard. Just within a span of 5 months....And he himself do not know when the part will be available to him since these parts are shipped from chennai.SO PLEASE GUYS IF U ARE BUYING A SMART OVEN DO CONSIDER SOME OTHER BRAND PLEASE...
