Very poor after sales service and support from Samsung. Dont buy Samsung Microwave

Samsung Stay Away guys! After sales service and repair is non existent.I had purchased a top of the line microwave from Samsung cq138s-gNow after couple of years Samsung tells me that the microwave can't be repaired and has to be thrown away now.Microwave does not exist as a product option on their India web site anymore even on IVRS their is no option to choose support from Microwave. So I would not recommend buying a microwave from SamsungSo If you do want buy a Samsung mirowave think on the lines of use and throw.

stay away from Samsung oven

Guys please stay away from samsung oven.i bought the best model that was MC35J8085PT. after about 1 and half year the ceramic coating from top of the inside chamber started to fall off in very fine particles in the bottom plate and eventually it caught rust on the top.moreover you won't be able to wipe or clean your top portion of chamber very easily because of non movable heating coil.samsung service center engineers had no idea how to fix the problem. In the end the Samsung service center paid me compensation after cutting 25% from original amount. although samsung gave me 10 year ceramic warranty but they never agree for replacement or full refund eventhough their built product was faulty. lesson learnt stay away from Samsung for microwave oven and prefer any other brand oven with stainless steel cavity.
